TCS Takes Strict Action Against Nida Khan: Network Access Snatched, Office Entry Banned
Nashik, April 18, 2026 — Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has taken decisive disciplinary action against Nida Khan, the alleged mastermind behind the shocking religious conversion and sexual harassment syndicate operating within the company’s Nashik office.
The IT giant has officially suspended Khan with immediate effect, while simultaneously releasing a statement clarifying her actual role within the company to counter widespread misinformation.
The Suspension Letter: Total Blackout
According to details emerging from her suspension letter, TCS management has completely severed Nida Khan’s professional access to ensure a fair and untampered internal investigation.
The letter explicitly states that a highly serious matter has been brought against her. Citing the gravity of the allegations and her current inability to perform her duties (as she remains a fugitive from the police), the management opted for immediate suspension.
Furthermore, TCS has snatched away all her official corporate network access. The suspension letter strictly bars her from entering any TCS office premises globally and places a strict gag order on her, warning her not to contact or discuss the ongoing case with any TCS employee.
“She Was Not an HR Manager”
Since the scandal broke, social media and various news outlets have widely labeled Nida Khan as an ‘HR Manager‘ who allegedly misused her hiring authority to target vulnerable women. However, TCS has officially set the record straight.
The company clarified that 26-year-old Nida Khan was never an HR Manager, nor was she a part of the recruitment process. She joined the company in December 2021 as a ‘tele-caller’ and ‘Process Associate’ working within the sales team. The management confirmed that she held zero leadership responsibilities and had no official authority over other employees’ careers. Khan is reportedly a commerce graduate currently pursuing her MBA.
The Manhunt Continues
Nida Khan is one of the eight primary accused named in multiple FIRs filed by female colleagues alleging rape, sexual harassment, and immense pressure to convert to Islam. While the seven male accused, including an Assistant General Manager (AGM), have already been arrested, Khan remains the sole fugitive.
While the police actively hunt for the alleged ‘lady captain’ of the syndicate, her family continues to defend her. They claim she is not “absconding” but is currently residing in Mumbai with her husband. Reiterating that she is pregnant with her first child, the family alleges she is the victim of a targeted “digital harassment” campaign.
Meanwhile, her legal counsel is reportedly preparing to file for anticipatory bail to prevent her imminent arrest by the Nashik Police and Central agencies.
