  3. Exact Grievance: Clearly state what is wrong (e.g., factual error, copyright violation, offensive content, etc.).

  4. Supporting Evidence: Any documents or proof to support your claim.

  5. Your Contact Info: Your full name, mobile number, and address.

3. Redressal Mechanism & Timeline

  • Acknowledgment: We will acknowledge the receipt of your grievance within 24 hours.

  • Resolution: We will investigate the matter and provide a resolution or a final response within 15 days from the date of receipt of the grievance.
