Jaigaon, April 5, 2026 — A short spell of intense rain on Saturday caused sudden waterlogging in parts of Jaigaon. The rapid accumulation of water led to brief traffic disruptions, leaving several two-wheelers and four-wheelers temporarily stranded on the roads.
Following the rainfall, pictures and videos of the submerged streets began circulating on social media, with many users claiming the footage was recorded on N.S. Road.
