Jerusalem, February 26, 2026 — Prime Minister Narendra Modi visited a technology exhibition in Jerusalem today as part of his ongoing state visit to Israel. The exhibition featured demonstrations of various technological solutions developed by Israeli enterprises and institutions.

Sector-Specific Technologies Showcased

The exhibition covered multiple sectors, with several organizations presenting their technological applications:

  • Healthcare and Artificial Intelligence: Demonstrations included an AI-powered point-of-care ultrasound for real-time diagnostic guidance. The Horizon Scanning Division of the Israeli Ministry of Science and Technology presented “Tech Scout,” an AI-driven tool for risk detection and trend analysis.

  • Smart Mobility and Cybersecurity: Tech enterprise Mobileye showcased sensor and chip technology designed to reduce road accidents. Check Point Software Technologies presented its threat prevention solutions and outlined its current collaborations in India.

  • Water and Agriculture: WaterGen demonstrated technology designed to produce drinking water from the air. N-Drip showcased gravity-powered micro-irrigation systems, and Natural Offset Farming (NOF) presented in-field post-harvest solutions to minimize food loss without utilizing electricity.

  • Climate and Bio-Tech: Remilk exhibited precision fermentation processes for lab-produced milk proteins. BarAlgae demonstrated machine-learning-integrated microalgae cultivation, and Mynora Bio presented plastic waste management solutions using specialized bio-conversion additives.

  • Energy, Natural Resources, and Space: The Geophysical Institute (GII) demonstrated high-resolution modeling for quantifying mineral resources. Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI) presented miniaturized communications satellites and integrated Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) systems.

Focus on Bilateral Partnerships

Following the presentations, Prime Minister Modi interacted with the participating innovators. He stated that the showcased technologies hold potential to scale up innovation, start-up ecosystems, and business partnerships between India and Israel.

He identified agriculture, water management, healthcare, and digital services as primary areas for this collaboration. The Prime Minister concluded his visit by extending an invitation to the companies to explore opportunities for investment, manufacturing, and building technology partnerships in India.
