From ‘Wear a Burqa’ to Terror Links: Delhi Special Cell to Probe TCS Nashik HR Nida Khan

Nashik, April 17, 2026 — The shocking allegations of sexual harassment and forced religious conversion at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) in Nashik have taken an unprecedented and terrifying turn.

Investigations have revealed that the absconding HR Executive, Nida Khan—the alleged mastermind behind targeting and brainwashing Hindu female employees—has direct, long-standing connections with a known terrorist affiliated with Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM).

Amidst a massive nationwide manhunt involving multiple central intelligence agencies, Khan has reportedly moved a local court seeking anticipatory bail, citing her pregnancy as grounds for relief.

The Terror Connection: A ‘White-Collar’ Conspiracy

The investigation, initially handled by the Nashik Police via a Special Investigation Team (SIT), has now escalated to the national level.

During the probe, intelligence officials uncovered a shocking nexus. It was revealed that Nida Khan has maintained long-standing ties with Dr. Shaheen Shahid, a key accused in the Red Fort bomb blast. Dr. Shaheen is notoriously known as the India Chief of ‘Jaish-ul-Mominat’, the women’s wing of the Pakistan-based terror outfit Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM).

National security agencies now suspect this is a textbook case of a ‘white-collar’ or ‘hybrid’ terror conspiracy, wherein radical elements infiltrate highly respected corporate environments to execute covert recruitment, radicalization, and forced conversions. Recognizing the severe national security implications, the SIT has officially requested technical assistance from the State Intelligence Department (SID), the Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS), and the National Investigation Agency (NIA).

Furthermore, a specialized team from the Delhi Police Special Cell is actively preparing to arrive in Nashik to conduct interrogations regarding these terror links.

The Modus Operandi: “This Happens”

Prior to absconding, Nida Khan served as a crucial enabler in the Nashik office. Over a dozen female employees, primarily targeting young women aged 20-25, have filed FIRs detailing horrific mental and sexual abuse.

According to the victims, Khan acted in concert with seven male executives who operated like an organized syndicate. The male officials allegedly engaged in persistent sexual harassment, inappropriate touching, and vulgar comments regarding the private lives of the female staff.

When the terrified women approached HR Manager Nida Khan to file official complaints, she would dismiss and suppress the sexual abuse, allegedly telling them, “Such things happen.”

Victims stated that Khan used the threat of ruining their corporate careers to force them into submission. Once compromised, she allegedly pressured the girls to embrace Islamic practices. The FIRs state that Khan would physically demonstrate how to wear a burqa in the office, force the girls to recite the Kalma, and pressure them into offering Namaz as a condition for keeping their jobs.

The Hunt and the Bail Plea

TCS has officially suspended all implicated employees, and several high-ranking officials, including AGM Ashwini Chhanani, are currently in police custody. Nashik police are currently investigating nine separate FIRs related to the case.

However, Nida Khan remains at large. Technical surveillance has recently traced her location to Mumbai or its surrounding areas.

Desperate to avoid arrest by the central agencies, Khan’s legal team has filed for anticipatory bail. The petition heavily leverages her current medical condition, stating that she is pregnant and expecting her first child. While the SIT is aggressively trying to track and detain her, official police sources have stated that her pregnancy claims will be subjected to strict medical verification by the authorities before any relief is considered.
