Darjeeling, West Bengal – The Office of the Chief Medical Officer of Health, Darjeeling, has issued a notification for the recruitment of contractual staff under the National Health Mission (NHM), XV Finance Commission Health Grants (XVFC-HG), and AYUSH programmes in the Darjeeling Hill Area under the Gorkhaland Territorial Administration.
The recruitment targets various positions in health services, with applications accepted online through the West Bengal Health Department’s recruitment portal at www.wbhealth.gov.in/Inner/RecruitmentsDetails.
The application window opens at midnight on January 19, 2026, with the last date for registration at midnight on February 2, 2026, submission of application fees at midnight on February 5, 2026, and full submission of the online form at midnight on February 9, 2026.
Candidates must complete all essential criteria by January 19, 2026, and submit non-refundable fees of Rs 100 for unreserved categories and Rs 50 for reserved categories (SC, ST, OBC-A, OBC-B, PH) via the portal.
