“Send Your Wife to Me if You Want a Child”: Male TCS Nashik Employee Alleges Extreme Religious Harassment
Nashik, April 16, 2026 — Following a deeply disturbing string of sexual assault and coercion allegations made by women employees at Tata Consultancy Services’ (TCS) Nashik branch, a horrific new testimony has surfaced from a male employee.
The victim has come forward with explosive allegations against his team leaders and colleagues, claiming he was subjected to years of intense mental torture, religious targeting, and forced Islamic practices at the workplace.
Forced Religious Practices and Mockery
According to the victim’s harrowing account, the targeted harassment began shortly after he joined the company in 2022. He alleged that his team leader, identified as Tausif Attari, along with a colleague named Danish Sheikh, began singling him out.
The victim, who described himself as a devout Hindu and a follower of Ramdas Swami who wears a rudraksha mala, claims his religious identity was constantly attacked. He alleged that his colleagues systematically mocked Hindu beliefs, questioned the existence of Hindu deities, and made derogatory comments about revered historical figures from Maharashtra.
The harassment allegedly went far beyond verbal taunts. The employee claimed he was pressured to eat non-vegetarian food during post-night-shift hotel visits and was heavily mocked for being a strict vegetarian.
In a shocking incident on Eid in 2023, the victim alleged that Tausif took him to his home, forced him to wear a skullcap, made him offer namaz, and subsequently clicked photographs. These pictures were allegedly circulated in the company’s official messaging groups to humiliate him. Furthermore, he claimed he was constantly pressured to remove his rudraksha mala and forced to recite the kalma.
Vile Personal Attacks and Threats
The abuse allegedly stooped to horrific personal levels. The victim stated that the accused deeply mocked his personal life, specifically the fact that he and his wife were unable to conceive despite years of medical treatment.
According to his testimony, the harassment crossed all boundaries when one of the accused made highly offensive remarks, allegedly telling him to “send his wife to them” if he wanted a child. When his father suffered a paralytic attack, the group allegedly taunted him, saying his father would only recover if he converted to Islam.
Workplace Retaliation and Broader Network
When the victim finally resisted the continuous pressure and abuse, the situation at the office escalated into physical violence. He alleged that during a workplace confrontation, Tausif threw a table fan at him and issued death threats.
The employee further accused a wider group—naming Tausif, Danish, Shah Rukh, and Raza Memon—of orchestrating this harassment network. He claimed the same group also made highly inappropriate remarks about female colleagues and actively targeted them, corroborating the earlier allegations that had surfaced from the branch.
To systematically break him down and force his dismissal, the accused allegedly abused their positions of authority by burdening him with extra tasks and filing fake complaints against him with the corporate head office when he stopped complying with their demands.
After enduring this alleged toxic environment from 2022 until March 2026, the victim has finally stepped forward to file a formal complaint, seeking strict legal action against the accused. The explosive case has sent shockwaves through the corporate sector, raising severe questions about workplace safety, religious coercion, and management oversight within the IT giant’s regional branch.
